I purchased them from Grizzly Industrial. The were inexpensive $75.00 for the pair. They are designed for woodworking equipment but have been working out fine on the lathe. I also have a pair for my 7×10 Mini Lathe, but have not mounted them yet. I have read that the scales can be cut to any length. (Verified)
