Sour Cream Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

  • 6-8 Chicken breasts
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 pkg. stuffing mix
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

Place chicken in 12" Dutch Oven. Season to taste. Spread onion over the chicken. Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream ad cheese. Pour over the chicken. Mix stuffing and put on top. Cover and bake in 350 degree coals for 45-60 minues or until done. Use about 10 coals under the Dutch Oven and 16 on top.
